Role of Automation in Robotics
During modern generation, majority of manufacturing activities in fabrication, forming, machining and assembly facilities will be a dangerous challenge. Industrial Robots have been use for about 50 years. Industrial Robots have come to play an extensive and crucial role in many Industrial operations . Robots can be used in any situation and for any purpose, but today many are used in dangerous environments, manufacturing processes, or where humans cannot persist. Robots can take on any form but some are made to be like humans in appearance. This is said to help in the acceptance of a robot in certain replicative behaviours usually performed by people. Such robots attempt to repeat walking, lifting, speech, cognition, and basically anything a human can do. Many of today's robots are inspired by nature, contributing to the field of bio-inspired robotics.
